Has anyone used either of these with success for (probable menopausal) hot flashes?
Not actively treating lyme right now...support only.
Would either of these add any value in a lyme support regimen?

- I've used both for various reasons and found them very nice.
Either one or both may be used, depending upon variables.
Neither will address lyme at all nor would be considered "lyme support" really, yet either / both are just fine to take for someone who has lyme. And anything that supports your body is a wise move.
Here is a ND (while she happens to know some about lyme and its seriousness, she is not a LL ND. Still, her book is very helpful to any woman, lyme or not.
You can find her book on women's health at Amazon and in the nation's inter-library loan system, too.
She is a national speaker and top expert naturopathic doctor in this field.
Program Director Institute of Women’s Health and Integrative Medicine, Professor, etc.
If you can, though, it would be best to find a LL ND who can offer you a wider range and also have that necessary background in lyme while address other issues that may or may not have some kind of interaction with lyme.
To find a LL ND (naturopathic physician) or one with similar training:

- Were you ever assessed or treated for Babesiosis? It's good to be sure symptoms are not overlapping, just in case.
Babesiosis can cause heat waves (although usually more so at night - but could certainly be any time of day as well -- and not the quick menopausal hot flashes but longer heat / sweating / drenching sessions). -
