I'm trying to help someone and I'm not sure what is a conservative amount of epsom salts to put in a bath. (to begin with) Two cups? -------------------- --Lymetutu-- Opinions, not medical advice!

if they're just starting I'd recommend one cup. two made me itch horribly. i then had to take a really good shower to get it off my skin. some people add hydrogen peroxide along with the salts. -------------------- do not look back when the only course is forward

- Be sure to tell them NOT HOT but just cozy warm and no longer than 20 minutes. Rinse off. -
