How could I possibly get a new pain? I thought everything that could hurt already did!
This is sharp, in the right chest/abdomen area, about 1 inch from the sternum and 1.5 inches above the last rib. I can pinpoint where the pain is located. Hurts worse if I try to laugh or exhale deeply.
Is this the right spot for gallbladder pain?

I don't have the answer to your question, but I know there are people here who have experienced gallbladder problems. Hopefully, you will hear from someone soon.

From your description, the pain may be in the lung, not the abdomen. Has it changed over the last couple days?
What is your temperature. Any difficulty breathing? How is your appetite, do you have nausea, any difficulty digesting fats. Are the whites of your eyes turning yellow. (A sign that the gall bladder is obstructed, and the bile ends up in the bloodstream.)
You may need to be examined by a physician.

Well, the pain seems to have gone away for now. Now I'm back to my regular liver pain.
Temps fine, appetite always a little lacking, breathing is always hard, fats seem to digest ok. I'm not yellow thankfully!

I think I had a similar pain in the past and it was lungs. I did parasite treatments and it went away. someone told me it was parasites. I think it was.
