I have been taking market americal Isotonix digestive enzymes becasue I happened t ofind an old bottle in my cabinet, / I like it I guess- it seems to do something, but is there something better? I like the drinkable idea, but open to anything I suppose.
anyone have one that is good? I need something good. I have leaky gut and lots of digest issues

I take Bluebonnet Optimum Enzymes. They've made a huge difference for me with digestion in so many ways. My gastroenterologist looked them up and approved.
They shouldn't be taken without food.

I notice ox bile is a big thing they put in a lot of digestive enzyme types. why?? it seem not so appealing to me to take ox bile
