I take fish oil but I've read that omega is better for immunocompromised individuals, which I consider myself to be.
but really aren't they all the same? I mean it's fish right?

I switched to PC oil and I really like it. Haven't gone back to fish oil yet. I also have a flax/sunflower oil liquid.

My LLMD put me on Krill Oil. I didn't ever ask why that over fish oil since I thought krill oil was easier to get down. I burp up the fish oil all day.
I'm sure all of them are better than nothing, but it may also be a matter of seeing which one seems to feel best for your body make up. We are all different.
