I was in this forum about seven years ago when my now 11 yo had lyme and babesia. Thankfully, he is well.
In September 2015, my 8yo was bitten, got a bullseye, and was subsequently diagnosed with Lyme and Babesia so this is my second go around...sigh.
Thankfully, we knew a good place to go for help right away. My son is currently doing two meds for lyme/babs as well as supplements.
He has some of the usual symptoms, but two mornings ago, woke up with a bump above his eye that looked like he'd been hit. It seems to get better, and then worse, but he insists it was not there when he went to bed, and appeared in the morning. Never saw anything like this? Anyone? I've put ice on it tonight and he said that makes it hurt less? This is new and so strange to me?

Wow .. I never heard of that. You don't think it's a bite of some kind, do you?

Thank you for the replies. It seems to have turned to a tiny sore now. Definitely looked to come from within as opposed to a bite. Very odd. Saw LLMD today, changing treatment up and will see again in a month. I took pictures.
