I am trying to figure out a schedule of when to take my probiotics.

Below are the current abx and supplements I'm taking, any thoughts when I could fit probiotics in?

I'm also wondering if any of the supplements I'm taking could be decreasing ABX strength?

Am I leaving to much time between mid afternoon biofilm and dinner?

I'm taking the following ABX and herbs:

HERBS: Beyond balance - BAB2, BART1

I have these scheduled as per below:
********************************************************************

8:00 UPON WAKING:

Toxease - beyond balance

Chlorella,

Biofilm buster (MC-BFM1)

Alpha-lipoic Acid

Vit C

Opsonat Pekana

Fish oil

I would take them at 11:30 a.m. and at 4 or 5 pm.

PS.. Charcoal will X-out anything else you take at the same time.

Take them at 12 noon with lunch and 10 p.m.

This way, they are more than 2 hours past antibiotics (required). And, you will have all night for them to repopulate your gut.

Check and make sure that your herbal drops can be taken with antibiotics. Antibiotics kill a lot of things. Don't want you to waste your money on the herbal drops.

10 pm is good! (charcoal won't X it out?)

Some doctors say to take probiotics on an empty stomach. I think it depends upon WHY you need them.
