Man if I had to choose between gluten intolerance and meat allergy, that would be a hard choice? I love pizza and I love meat, lol.
I'd probably still go with gluten intolerance, I can't imagine not being able to eat meat. But, I assume I have full blown Celiac Disease now, which may be permanent.
I don't touch gluten after discovering the new study suggesting that a simple virus, such as reovirus can cause Celiac Disease. Most likely lyme can trigger Celiac too, considering the numerous coinfection viruses in ticks, as well as borrelia.
But seems like Celiac is permanent while this meat allergy from the lone star tick is most likely temporary, like a few months or a few years, then it fades.
I've been in treatment 7-8 years with Lyme, still can't touch gluten or I get the Celiac reaction, feel groggy, dizziness, inflammation/headache, tired and worn down.
It's probably the combination of these viruses and bacteria, as well as the corporations contaminating the food supply with things like GMOs and glyphosate, what's causes these food intolerances and diseases like ulcerative colitis, chrons.
It's possible though, through plumb lab, that lyme was also modified like the food, made more aggressive in a lab.
Amazing how much human beings screwed up the world in just a matter of a few decades. People didn't even know what the hell "gluten" back in the day, my childhood or my parents. Term was unheard of... Kind of like Lyme too was unheard of, until the first breakout in the 80s...
