Can someone please recommend a good multi-vitamin that is also clean (not a lot of fillers, no dyes, etc).
I also do not want it to contain ANY type of B12 or folate/folic acid.
I am not sure this exists.

Check out Thorne brand. They have many variations of multivitamins.
I use their prenatal and believe it helps me. It has methylcobalamin and the absorbable methyl folate (no folate).

Thanks so much for responding.
I'm trying to find one without ANY type of B12 or folate. That includes methylcobalamin and methyl folate. That is because I think I need to take the hydroxy form of B12 instead. And hold off on methylfolate for the time being.
but I can't find a multi with all the other vitamins that I still need (and don't want to take 20 pills for).

Sorry nothing worked out on the Thorne website. I looked at the Pure Encapulations website, you might be interested In a product there:
Pure Genomics Multivitamin It has 1,000mcg Hydroxycobalamin but it also has 800 mcg Metafolin L -5 MTHF.
You may not find a product without any form of folate or B12 as they are considered essential.

Great find, Sammy! I love this brand but totally missed this. It was incredibly nice of you to search for it for me. The is the first time I've seen hydroxy in a multi. I think I will try this.
