Hi all! Does anyone else start out the day doing okay and slowly go downhill throughout until you bottom out at night?
I always get up feeling very anxious as anxiety is a MAJOR symptom for me, but I pop my xanax, and all is well.
By mid afternoon I'm feeling tired and start to have trouble focusing.
By evening the dizziness and anxiety set back in.
By bed time, my heart pounds so hard I don't even want to get in bed considering I could take my pulse just by laying there. And the air hunger returns to boot.
Does anyone else have this happen?
Thanks for any info and I hope we all feel well sooner than later! :-)

I feel a big downslide around 11:30 and then my energy keeps going down and symptoms keep going up.

My days flip flop. Some days, much like you, i start out ok and by 3pm the herx has me back in bed.
My anxiety and joint pain is usually the absolute worst at night as well.
Other days I start out in horrific shape and then by the evening I'm ok. It's hard to keep track of when, where and how all of it happens. I try to be conscious if there is any triggers connected to any particular herx reaction.
I hope you're feeling better!

No idea at all whether this might help - I lived on flower pollen at the beginning of this - it kept my energy going such that I didn't crash during the day.
