I was wondering if anyone has experience with bactrim?

It seems to give me headaches (I always have dizzy/buzzy head, but not daily headaches)

Should I be happy it's doing something or is this a side effect of the drug?

Hi <<<<< HW88 >>>>>,

With Bactrim,it is a side effect, and likely some herxing for you too.

It does this to me too, it was so severe on headaches, but I can't take most other ABX, so Drs. and pharmacists came up with taking a low dose Childrens Benadryl to help control headaches and itching [ my blood pressure goes to high with a normal Benadryl dose].

Stay out of the sun, when you are on it,as well,my bottle has a warning.

I hope it will help you!!! Sometimes we don't have much else that we can use to fight these illnesses with.

Welcome to LymeNet too, I see you came on in July. This is a hugely helpful place to get info' and talk things out!

Jus' that Silverwolfi here
