Has anyone had a virus this winter that has hung on for 3 weeks?
I started feeling awful 3 weeks ago today after my husband (who isn't a lyme patient) was sick with something for 6 days in bed. (he has to be sick to do that.)
I am not sure if it's the flu or a flu type virus, but I was definitely sick for 2 weeks, with congestion, coughing, body aches, fatigue, etc for 2 weeks.
The coughing and congestion are gone, but I have these pains in my legs, dizziness and crushing fatigue at times of the day.
I feel like I rally, try to do somethings and get slammed again and have to lay down. I also have this tender lymph gland in my neck, which lingers.
Has anyone else been sick like this recently? I know viruses can hang on for 2 weeks, but this is along time now.
I am starting to wonder what is going on here.

Yes, we had it in my family. It seemed like we were better and then suddenly we were sick all over again. It lasted for a couple of months.
