ah yeah, decided against the oregano oil but I have candida support. will try that only with food for a couple of days then add the caprylic.

- With your gut issues, caprylic acid can be brutal. So can oregano oil & you may be wise to hold off on that. If you do change your mind be sure that is in a good sturdy enteric coated capsule. And in the middle of a good meal & don't lie down for a while.
I suggest avoiding caprylic acid. There are other ways. -

Speaking for myself, I got really sick with a caprylic acid herx - I do not recommend it. I think it's better for people to get the yeast load down first with diet or something else more benign.
