I read that higher is is a defeciancy on some sites and lower is a deficiancy on others. My score came back 2000 in a range of 211-950 for B12

I believe your right in both cases.
If you had a blood test done 2000 would be on the high side.
If you had a Urine test it would be reversed.
I think this is correct??? You can do a search on both....

Sometimes it can be high because your body is not taking it up.. not able to use it. So it stays in your blood.
I'm not sure the medical establishment understands that concept .. hence the conflicting info.
You may need B12 shots.

Also you could be supplementing with the wrong type of B12 for your genetics. I couldn't believe the relief I got with taking the B12 that was right for me.
My blood levels run really high also but my PCP knows I take double recommended dose to help me feel better.

I'm taking 1 pill daily of b12 sublingual methylcobalim. I'm going t o t are a tests called MMA (not fighter ha) to check for absorption. I assume I will go off the b12 before taking. Funny yesterday when I took a second pill later I felt somewhat better. How much is too much?

I took methyl for years and never felt I was getting anything out of it. Well after genetic testing I found out I needed hydroxycobalamin 1000mcg. That seemed to be good for morning but I would feel sluggish in late afternoon. So I started doing one midafternoon. Anything to get the motor running a little.
