So my Mycoplasma is really revving up again and the muscle pain has been out of control. It starts in my hips or biceps and then eventually travels down to engulf my whole limb.

I'm in desperate need of some type of relief. Any suggestions would be helpful! Thank you!

Hey,

Make sure you're on a completely sugar-free diet (which also means carbohydrate-free, because carbs convert into sugar during digestion). Eating sugar will make you feel horrible

I recommend the supplement "Zyflamend" and also taking a magnesium malate supplement

Lyrica really worked for me. That is a prescription medicine

My best treatment for deep muscle pain, was epsom salt baths. Some days twice in one day.

2 cups epsom salt
1 cup baking soda
warm bath- soak for 15-20 minutes

The baths would calm it down for 3 hours. Which is great relief time.

Yes to the epsom salts and MAGNESIUM. Take plenty of it!!!

You might also take a look at your diet. If you are eating a high oxalate diet, it could be the cause of your pain. Some of us are unable to process oxalates.
