This is a youtube video with Ben Lynch, who absolutely does not believe that genetic expression is like unchangeable.

He thinks we can do a lot to change our GENE EXPRESSION and improve our health considerably, without falling in the trap like:

'I got the obesity gene, so this is who I am, and I can't do anything about it'

'Or I got the MTHFR gene problem and that is why I'm destined to be ill forever'

and so on.

Nope. He's not going to say that.

Here in Germany /Switzerland, less people'buy' this story of genes making you sick forever.

You barely hear people talking about that (not like in the US, where every corner, you hear that!)

Most people here don't even care to make genetic tests: they simply treat.

The trap of genes is also mental: once you buy the story that genes command your life, and that you can't control gene expression, well, you are then doomed.

It's like a mental program that is able to block all healing possibilities.

I hope you guys enjoy the talk with Ben Lynch!

Guys you gotta watch this!!

Specially if you are spending your time and money with supplements, testing and doctors treating your GENETIC problems.

You're loosing money, going the wrong path.

At 55 minutes he starts speaking about why treating specific genes (SNPs) won't work for the majority of people.

And that makes me think about the whole problem of the HPU, that next to 100% of people with lyme have.

That supplementing only with what's missing will not solve the problem (not always). If it does, it's sort of like 'you're a lucky guy'.

A bit like chronic lyme: 'give the guy 4 months of antibiotics, rotate these, and some lucky guys get rid of it' (at least for a while).

These are the lucky guys that go well on supplementation / middle term antibiotics.

Unfortunately, it's not the case for most of us....

it's a must watch.

For people with CFS, MS, constant fatigue, chemical sensitivity, early grey hair, asthma, etc .... you'll find out that what grandmother always said is still true.

Eat well, sleep well, relax, find joy, etc.

He ends up the video saying some doctors tell him: "Genetic testing was the dumbest thing I ever did".

The guy speaks of gene mutations, but he does not recommend genetic tests.

Why? Because the treatment you'll get won't usually work.

And because without treating what he calls 'foundations', there won't be health improvement.

Nice you liked it.

I've been thinking every day about this paper they mentioned, about Cell Danger Response, and why, by contact with toxins, pathogens, the mitochondria stops producing ATP and chronic fatigue comes.

This is brilliant!

So simply explained, and it makes me think more and more how important it is to clean the environment, clean the body from toxins, from neurotoxins, from herxes , eat good food....

I keep repeating on and on, that for me, the 'therapy' that put me out of lyme is CLEANSING.

Without stuff like chlorella, I'm pretty sure I would be still ill. I know chlorella, MSM, bear garlic, liver / kidney / lymph support was at the CENTER of my lyme treatment.

And also avoiding food /chemicals that oxidize. Avoiding drugs. Giving nutrition, good food, good air, good sleep.

If I knew about PEMFs back then, I see PEMFs like food too. Or the violet ray (it FEELS like nutrition!!).

It even shows that stuff like HBTO ALONE is limited for healing (it may be one more item for nutrition = oxygen, but it can not be a solo therapy).

You need to keep doing it forever (to be symptomless, and probably next tick bite will make you go backwards), unless you clean + avoid toxins + give proper nutrition to your body + sleep well.

It explains why antibiotics will never give back your health, long term (short term is another story).

Antibiotics are zero warranty if you get bitten again. And again, and again, like we are.

Any antimicrobial therapies (Rife included) will not make you become strong against new tick bites.

They'll be only a small help, because one stressor = microbes is down.

But the cycle of disease won't stop for the majority if diet, cleaning body, environment, etc is not addressed.

Why we all NEED a more holistic treatment, and any exclusive antimicrobial treatment will probably not give your energy and health back LONG TERM (maybe only short term).

In my mind, I keep coming back to Anthony William again. He also says the same: avoid toxins, avoid junk food, eat only nutrition rich food.

-------------------
As the video above says, this is a new paradigm.

As for my own lyme story, I attribute my healing to cleansing and building my body again.

The antimicrobial part was important, but I think it never reached more than 20 % of what I did to get off lyme.

The fact that dozens of new tick bites do not make me ill anymore (nor my daughter) is somehow a clue that that's what my body wanted.

Wake up guys and girls.

If short term antimicrobial therapy does not work, move on to a full change of life style! [Big Grin]

Cell Danger Response paper of Naviaux

Great!

For those who understand a bit of biochemistry, this is THE paper that is already changing the paradigm of treatment of many chronic diseases.

It speaks about how chronic fatigue installs, how the cell does not know the difference between a toxin (like a heavy metal) and a virus...

how we lose magnesium, vit D3...

How a toxin somewhere in the cells of your body will affect your whole GUT microbiome, even!!!

Why kids today suffer from all these brain problems.

And why just fixing ONE problem (like taking Vit D3 and magnesium, or giving your gut a good probiotic or many good probiotics) will NOT solve your health problem.

And many other things!!
