I'm running out of foods; for the last several months, I've been losing about two foods a week. Every day I'm eating food I'm allergic to because I'm not willing to go hungry. Many days I'm just eating one food a day.
When my food allergies have gotten bad in the past, I'd take probiotics and antioxidants and things would get better. I'm taking decent probiotics now, but can't find antioxidants I'm not allergic to.
I'm allergic to vitamin C, grape seed extract, serrapeptase, apple polyphenols, and most other antioxidants I can find. Quercetin, aloe vera concentrate, and Megahydrate are the antioxidants I'm able to tolerate at this time. I don't understand why they aren't working as well as they have in the past.
My only guess is that not taking any vitamin C at all, since it showed up on an ALCAT test for delayed allergies in May, is somethings so basic my body just can't get by without it, although that's purely supposition.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Many online health speakers I listen to say the gut needs repair when there are allergies to food like this. You could check out Josh Axe and google for others who suggest starting gut repair with broths.

Scroll down to "Potential Therapies" -- last section of article. Lots of other Rx meds are listed there, besides Gastrocrom (cromolyn sodium), such as Montekulast and also Budesonide. Google them for more info.
Also google: The Paleo Mom -- website on autoimmunity Also google: Danielle Walker + autoimmune paleo diet
Both of these two advocates of autoimmune paleo diets have inspirational success stories as proof of their successful recoveries.
