Reviving this topic as a search shows it hasn't been discussed in a while. The studies and stories out there suggest this supplement can help with nerve pain. Anyone take PEA and see benefits for neuropathic pain? I take it for MCAS. It helps lessen my reactions. I really like it. -------------------- --Lymetutu-- Opinions, not medical advice!

Lymetoo, What brand/ where do you get it? And how much do you take? (If you don't mind mentioning it).

PEA did nothing for me. R-ALA worked well. Treating viral infections (HHV-6) got rid of it for good!
