My vit d blood levels are in the teens. Took just 400 iu(smallest I could find) and felt intoxicated more than 24 hours. Thought it was the side ingredients, but bought a different brand and the same thing happened. Anyone else have this, can't imagine the benefits would outweigh this side effect.

Have you checked for sarcoidosis? I think this is one condition where people won't profit from Vit D supplementation...
