While it's common to get cysts as you age, keep in mind it's also common in TBI's.
Case in point. . . Last year I had an ultra sound of abdomen that showed liver and gallbladder cyst. Urologist took a wait and see approach. Follow up last week showed abnormal changes. So they ordered up a MRI.
I did my research BEFORE my MRI. I wanted the radiologist and the Doc who was gonna read it to KNOW what they're looking at so they don't slice and dice me and make a chef salad.
So I printed out 2 researched papers to take to my MRI appointment. Surprising both were very receptive. Asked ALOT of questions and I was more than happy to educate!
