just wanted to chime in here and let others

know that the protocol for dr Zhang is legit

I have suffered for a long time with lyme and

coinfections, I thought the main stream dr

knew what they were doing..I realize that it is

not the case..some dr's llmds have turned lyme

patients into a robust business..when we dont

get better they give us antibiotics that we

dont use anymore..hence bad side effects that

will further your recovery..My advice to all

on this board is to look at zhangs protocol

and get on it..they know what they are doing..

antibiotics over the years will kill the immune

system..it happened to me..so finally turning

the corner..

you WILL herx on his protocol but he will make

sure it does not get out of hand where it hurts

you..please dont wait for main stream medicine

they dont have the answer..nor do they care..

knock it down and out..

It's not a single thing that helps from this protocol, it's the whole approach. The book answers your question, though, as it explains how the different herbs affect the body in various ways.

Glad you have found something that works for you. I, too, found this protocol to be exceptional when I had the funds. They did (still do?) provide a discount to low income but, sadly, I spent all my funds prior to finding this.

The four months - split in two sections - that I did this, I was so much better.

For those interested, I must stress that it is not any one thing about this but the combined formulas.

Miss Victoria - it's a good idea to raise our Vit D levels with Vit D supplementation.

My doc also recommends Host Defense with 17 mushroom extracts in it to boost the immune system. Individual mushrooms are very good too.

Yes, also waiting to hear which Dr Zhang protocols are working.
