What do you recommend for migraines?

I frequently have migraines with nausea and I'm already taking Magnesium Malate and Pinella.

I found I have to completely avoid eggs. So, maybe a food elimination diet to find out if a certain food is a problem for you?

I know there's others who have identified eggs as the trigger for their migraines.

In answer to your migraine help. Do coffee enemas. My daughter had them terribly most her life. She started doing coffee enemas and they rarely happen.
