Hello,

I will make this short.

Was very Ill for many years, noticed a post on another forum and responded....another individual was sick for close to a decade and tried mhbot and healed over time.

The story was much longer and interesting than that and I was in the same position,so I tried this modality....everything else failed me and I was fading, people around me accepted the worse case scenario.

later I will list all the Dr appointments and diagnosis (many) even the labs drawn over years.

Physically I am 85% healed and feel confident the best is yet to come.

My mental and emotional health is still semi stable, this illness has addicted me to pills I would never dream of taking over a long period of time.....now looking to come off theses things...not easy.

For now, back to the 85% healing....it is amazing how far I have come to get to this place, sometimes I wake up and think "some of the old me is back"?
Like waking from a coma (not to compare) feeling like the world went by and I missed so much...people that know me say "you just smiled and put on weight, you look good".

Sitting in a dr office a teenage girl across from me looked afraid, depressed and confused...I told her it is going to be okay, better days are coming (mentioned mhbot to her Mom) they had asked why I was there.

All the antibiotics,herbs,vitamins,enemas,juice...
and you wonder "will i ever get out of this".

Slowly....diving every day for years...yes,it is now just a part of my life and I even see improvement in other parts of my health....will get more into that later.

Healing my stomach had to happen, along with a new way of thinking,,,not much really bothers me,some old friends say I am now "Stoic"?? if I even spelled that right.

anew way of looking at the world, challenge does make us smarter and stronger, this is all I can give for today.....please keep doing what you are to find health, peace and of course happiness.

reminder ps...didn't want to ignore any posts above,,,,very good info and very intelligent people here)

Glad you are feeling better.

It does make us think how only oxygen can do such amazing improvements...

Which confirms that lyme is making people sick due to lack of oxygenation in the blood.

At least, lack of oxygen is a great part of the problem, I mean.

If you feel 85% better, it means that all these symptoms came from lack of oxygenation, right?

I understand what you mean about coming out of comma.

It's like the lights are again on on stage of life, and you can finally walk, eat, sleep, live your life like other people.

what people take for granted, they are worried by other things like more money, more success, more something, and we are just SO HAPPY to be able to eat, drink, sleep and function during the day!!!

Congratulations to have your life back!

It looks a small step for others, but for very ill people, this is like winning the gold medal!

Hopefully, your lyme history will be a past history soon.

Just don't stop HBOT too early. Some people have to go on diving practically forever, less sessions, for what I heard.

My question is: what happened to us, that we get so low oxygen to our cells, finally?!?

Little oxygen = little ATP, little energy = low immune system = low detoxification = all bodily systems (digestive, neuro, excretion, sleep etc) go economy-mode, defective => disease (lyme, etc)

It must be of capital importance to make the question: why is that lyme patients have that thick dark color blood, almost not flowing??

Some possible answers:

1- oily foods thicken the blood, and make everything go slower, including red blood cells and immune cells.

They tax detox and nutrition from / to cells because of that.

2- lack of proper hydration. Even if you drink a lot, it does not mean it will properly hydrate your blood.

It comes to my mind that not all drinks hydrate the same way...

3- lack of proper enzymes that make the blood thin
(either by lack of enzymes in food, or because the whole digestive system is somehow messed up).

4- probably lack of nutritional elements that help that clear and thin blood formation

One thing is clear to me: diet, hydration and correcting digestion must play a part in the causes.

Probably excess of toxins make organs sick too, so we don't produce blood properly too (?)...

I learned recently one trick, not sure it's 100% right or wrong: the dark color under the eyes is a clue that the blood is dark, probably thick.

The skin there is thinner, so you can check a bit if your blood is healthy or not.

If dark, it probably means lack of oxygenation due to thick blood.

Anyway, keep us informed and hopefully, lyme will be past history for you!

What other things are you doing?

thanks!
