Is it possible a mycotoxin binder can increase your symptoms? I started mine 3 days ago and have started having more nerve pain and looser stools. Though it may not be related at all I know. I never know what's causing what.
Sometimes still have more nerve pain sometimes and my 5th day off the binder. Coukd it have moved toxins around and they're now stuck?

Getting mold out of the body is a long, long process. Yes, you are going to have loose stools, constipation, many other symptoms as the process developes.
There's only one way thru it and that's keeping the detox pathways open. Skin, stools, urinary.
Are you out of moldy enviroment?

Supposedly. I did the test for the house I'm at and a mold specialist said the numbers were OK. But he still wants me to clean some parts of the house. The home I was at 2 yrs ago had been flooded in the past a few times and mold behind the bathroom wall bc of a leak in the roof. I dont mind those. I mind nerve pain. So I'm going super slow.
