Hi. To this short I was put on antibiotcs for a UTI (twice) and ended up with c-diff and took vanco for 10 days. It has been a couple month ordeal and took them a while to figure this out so it was very stressful.
What has happened is it seems as though other infections have flared after the vancomycin? Mainly Bartonella. Has anyone had an experience where taking antibiotics causes other infections to get much louder? Or could it be from the stress of it all.
Thanks in advance!

Yes.
I treated for 2 years for Lyme, Bart, and mycoplasma.
Out of the blue, full blown Babesia dominated my body. Night sweats(horrible), day sweats, body ordor, constant crying, no appetite, severe brain fog. I didn't know what was happening. Started Babs protocol. Started feeling better.
I tested negative for Babs.

My daughter has been in remission from Lyme/Babesia/Bartonella for five years. This past summer she got a nasty staph infection that turned into MRSA. She did three rounds of antibiotics and her Bartonella "woke up." She had the horrible Bart streaks, anger, fatigue, it was scary.
She got in touch with her LLNP and started getting it back under control. She didn't have to get back on antibiotics, but she did start on getting her gut health back in order and started back on anti-microbials with the intention of starting on herbal therapy soon to try and prevent another relapse.
Stress plays a big part in how she feels also.
