I've had chronic Lyme for about 8 years. I was first diagnosed about 5 years ago with labs done through iGeneX. I had a positive PCR, an equivocal Western Blot IGM, and an equivocal Western Blot IGG.
I would like to get retested to see if I still have an active Lyme infection. Which of the available iGeneX tests make the most sense? Should I get the Western Blot IGM redone, or might that be negative by now? Or should I get the newer IGX Spot or Immunoblot? I don't want to get the PCR redone because it is not very sensitive and I don't want to drop a ton of money on it.
Thanks! Kara

I think IGeneX thinks its new Immunoblot tests are better - you could call them and discuss - (800)832-3200.
