not a happy camper here. I have mycotoxins. I am a bit freaked out becasue I have read you can't get rid of them / you can get rid of them / you have to run from your house / you can stay in your house and clean it up..... all that kind of stuff.

so , what does everyone know about these?
I have active babs and maybe lyme and bart, but the babs is only pos. on blood right now. (igenex)

did Realtime for the mycotoxins and have all the bad ones. my llmd says I need to treat them and I am with her, but cleaning our house will be slow through no fault of my own, and I really don't want to go sleep on a park bench or in a tent,

so now what????

our basement is the bad area. lots of stuff down there we need to rid.

am I righ tto feel like I want to freak out? llmd says be calm and just carry on- sow and steady to clean my body. im just really scared and all my adult kids are sick . not like me, but I am afraid for them for sure. I am pretty sick and now my blood pressure is up for the first time in my entire life and my liver enzymes are up too. I feel the babs sx but definitely the MCAS and mold sickness" are the worse sx by far right now.

we have lived in this mold house for 20 years. [Eek!]

UGH .. I am afraid to even get that test! We had mold issues last year and I'm still having issues.

My husband has high BP too! We just found out about 6 wks ago. It does run in his family though.

I agree that you should just take it slowly.

What is the source of the mold? Is something leaking down there?

there have been water leakages in the past. nothing constant, but I remember (we both do) smelling 'somehting wierd' when we moved in but we were young and uneducated in all this so we didn't know.

but now with all the stuff in the basement (dh a sort of pack rat but not the worst) , lots of cardboard boxes and old furniture and papers..... ugh.

the bilco doors need to be replaced but the estimate was around $5,000. there's no heat down there becasue we have electric and there have been other water accidents too over the years. One tmie the clothes washer got stuck and overflowed all over the floor and I didn't knmkow for hours. SO it went through the floor and in the insulation in the basement cieling and the basement was flooded.

again, we didn't understand what to do to protect ourselves. also when we moved in (20 yrs ago) the siding on the side of the house which is 2nd floor and up with brick on the lower portion, was pushed open and ivy was growing up in there! I ripped it all out and we sealed the siding up and it was probably moldy from the vegitation that grew up in there.

and my terrible genetics setting me up the be the perfect storm
