I have had severe balance/tipping issues everyday for the past two years. Spoke to my llmd yesterday and she don't know why. I have had every single test out there, saw ent specialist, had testing, they could not find out why. Is this a common symptom of lyme? If so, can someone tell me how to get rid of it. It has ruined my life!!!!

Linda we have communicated with each other about this exact symptom we share and it has also been over 2 years for me though only Diagnosed with Lyme last October.
I have had lots of suggestions such as testing for Mold and Metal toxicity could be a possible cause.
I have recently changed from Bactrim to Rifampin (2 wks ago) and I am trying to have hope that I have some improvement from this and also combined with Clarithimycine and Amoxicillin and Probedicide.
I too have this balance problem every minute of everyday trying to walk. This is my main symptom plus speech slurring and bottom of feet pain in the morning.
I am going to discuss testing for mold at my next LLMD visit in March. I do daily detoxing and take many supplements and liver support.
I encourage anyone that can respond that specifically has this problem with balance consistently.

My guess is Babesia Ducani.
In my case, I didn’t exhibit classical symptoms like night sweats and air hunger. I had it though.

Vestibular Rehab is great. You can ask your ENT to write you a script for it.

For me, it's when my cervical vertebrae are out of place. A good chiropractor could check on this. Also include a check of the atlanto occipital connection - the head to the spine.

I have done balance treatment, it didn't work. I am now starting coartem for Babesia. My llmd only had me on mepron for two months last year and said it was gone. NO I don't think it was ever gone. Thanks for asking Lymetoo. Still suffering terribly.

Well, this won't deal with the CAUSE, but it could help with the SITUATION.
Using a Power Plate that vibrates in all directions helps with balance issues. Itgets your small muscles to keep responding, so it's a good exercise, too.
It has a big handle to hold onto while you're using it, as a gradient to doing controlled movements wile on it.
