Looking for suggestions on which supplements etc. have helped with your anxiety. It’s extreme. It’s constant worry. My heart is always racing.

I tried CBD oil capsules that my doctor recommended. About two weeks in I had an intense panic attack. (Haven’t had one in over 10 years when I first got sick.)

I think it was having a reaction, possible herx?? with the Lyme.

Chlorella in great amounts.
It also moves heavy metals around, that's why one needs higher amount, so that at least part of the toxins are grabbed off your body, and not only redistributed....

I could not leave my house without it, or I would feel anxious already....

My anxiety came with breathing problems, heart palpitations, headaches, stomach aches, diarrhea, dizziness, insomnia....

After chlorella intake (many pills at once), I usually felt the problem disappearing in a matter of minutes.

I think chlorella helped me about 80-90% of the time when herxes / anxiety hit...

Proper Thyroid hormones settled down completely my years of anxiety and fight or flight adrenal issues.

Most important is proper Thyroid testing. Thyroid hormones and the super important thyroid gland really are the master from head to toe.

my partner had severe anxiety and panic with rage as a result of Lyme and suspected Bartonella infection.
all of the following helped to some degree

Pasque flower tincture - 10 drops per hour whenever it was extreme.

L-Theanine daily as a preventative - around 200mg 1-2x a day

some of the Buhner herbs on an ongoing basis esp those known for reducing inflammation in the central nervous system.

Andrographis - at least 1200mg / day of the 10% strenth extract

Knotweed - about tablespoon 3x daily

strangely - when an attack had started it would not tend to stop until she lay on the floor with her legs up on the bed - sounds odd i know but would usually calm it down within 5minutes (possibly something to do with a POTS like effect causing falling blood pressure and spiking anxiety when standing - so lying with feet up would restore blood pressure to the brain).

My worst symptoms were neurological and I was very sick and very stressed.

I took 4.8 mg lithium orotate according to instructions and it was quite helpful for calming my brain down.
