I just had part of my palms and knuckles turn white/purplish after having them under cold water. I read on internet Raynauds is not Lyme. Anyone know?? I had an infectious disease doctor before tell me I had it but I never saw anything before at all. It was clearly visible now. Add this to the list. Every day another symptom.

Anthony William says Raynauds comes from pathogen toxins accumulated in the extremities and in the liver. The liver gets sluggish, let these toxins stay in the body and they get stuck in places of lower circulation (hands, feet).
Dr K. says pathogens control your glands, and one of their main strategy is to LOWER body temperature, so that nothing works well: enzymes work much worse at lower body temperatures, so all body systems slow down, including the immune system.
He considers pathogens intelligent, like Buhner does.
Anthony William says the same: the aim of certain pathogens is to control your body's functions, aiming glands and the nervous system, to sort of doom your immune system...
I think I suffer from low body temperature since I was 10 years old. I remember feeling cold even in tropical weather (I grew in the tropics). I slept with thick blankets no matter which weather, with the exception of extremely hot days (which were few in a year for me...).
My clear Raynauds symptoms started at the end of my 20s, after I started to have chilblains and discoloration on my feet.
With lyme, it got to the bottom: my hands and feet were covered with infections and discoloration became permanent.
Well, it's all healing now with diet. After 40 years of symptoms! Discoloration varies but it's about 70% better, sometimes up to 90% better. And the cold I feel in hands and feet is getting better, I can sense it.
My problem has been the liver, I believe. I eat a lot of raw foods and very low fat for more than a year, to give a break to my liver. As I'm healing, I continue on the diet, now on month 16...
