Yes, I did it for three months. I did the sensitive dose.

PS: I highly recommend it. It's worth a try Tutu. I did some major detoxing while on it. Not horrible feeling detox either.

I had never heard of it before. Thanks.

Usually, anything that says "acid" will not work for me. Any feedback on how acidic it is?

No troubles with this type of acid and I'm usually sensitive to acidic things such as ACV. Bile acid no problem. My liver needed this. I felt such a clearing and detox that was good, instead of bad.

I was fearful of melatonin because I had reacted to it in the past. But it did not effect me.

I would highly recommend you look at the Microbe brand that Dr Jay Davidson and Dr Watts. My last bottle of their TUDCA came with a free bottle of their Intestinal Remover product. I've been using for the last week and it is for sure removing stuff.

Go to Microbe site because I'm not sure of what type of specials are out there. Also I believe Microbe is being sold at Amazon now.

Check around for discount codes on Microbe thru folks you trust like betterhealthguy etc.

I am taking TUDCA for asthma (triggered C. Pneumoniae - also known to become persistent hiding out in macrophages).

TUDCA impacts protein folding AND does reduce ER stress.

It is mentioned to also help those with MS and AD...

Which BRAND (on Amazon), how much (dosage) and how often to take is not known.

We make fewer bile salts as we age and make less melatonin also.

I am a believer in Microbe Formulas products. I trust Dr Jay Davidson and Watts. I know nothing about other TUDCA like products because I haven't been there done that.

Microbe Formulas website goes into details about recommended dosages for their products. I even needed some advice while on my "gentle" dosage and made a phone call for their thoughts.

They walked me thru what to do. Good customer service.

"Standard" dosing is one capsule 2 times daily.

Nothing standard about me for 20 years so....

"Sensitive" one capsule with food, once a day. I soon switched to before bed on empty stomach.

I used Microbe Formulas TUDCA Plus for 3 mths.

My release in gut/colon started right away every morning. I needed that badly.

I had so much energy on this product. It was truly a real support supplement.

After a few weeks of clearing out garbage from the neck down, my system also started releasing in my sinus/head area.

I knew in order to clear my toxic brain, I had to start with the gut/colon. It really helped.

It's recommended as a 3 month on and then off. I don't recall the off period. I started this June '19.

This post has got me thinking it's time to do 3 mths of TUDCA Plus again. I'm ready for another clean up in my system.
