Any of you ever taken too MUCH thyroid med (for hypothyroid)?
Can your levels be ok and still feel like crap? I'm trying to figure out the reasons for my body pain, diarrhea, cramps and daily headaches.
Only other thing thats different since I've had these symptoms is a b complex supp.

I started a B supp called Methyl Protect, as my homocysteine was super high and my B12 and folate were low.
I started at 1 pill, then next day had a bad nerve pain in my toe (not unusual generally, as that's my worst symptom, and it's random, so may be coincidence). So i went down to half dose.
Dates are: 3/11 full dose; 3/15 half dose

I also upped my thyroid meds (levothyroxine, nature throid) to double. So I'm on 65 mg (2 pills) NatureThroid and 100 (4 pills) mcg levo now.
Date of that was 3/3.
Also moved Vit D from 5000 iu/week to 5000 iu/day. That was on 3/6.

Also, on 3/15 I started a silver nasal spray.

3/16 had semi loose stools. Same on 3/17.

I had been on a ticture for my gerd, which I stopped as some ingredients in it can cause loose stools. Also stopped Immunoberry for same reason. AND stopped some licorice chewables for the gerd, again same reason.

3/25 Loose stools. Body pain all over. Not bones, muscles or nerves. I can't tell what it is....blood vessels?

3/27 Watery diarrhea. I'm now on bland diet.
I went down on my thyroid meds---to 1.5 pills of NatureThroid and 3 pills of Levo. I thought perhaps I'm on too much thyroid.

3/29 did not take the B vit. As I've heard some ppl have issues w/folate...body pain, headaches. And that's what I have. Even methylated. But I dont know, of course, if that is the cause.

I've called my thyroid doc and left a message. Sent my Lyme doc an email and called. Went to urgent care and they didnt know what was wrong (gee what's new?)...my cbc and cmp were normal. My urinalysis was normal.

The clinic I go to for my ND appt is closed until next week. No docs have gotten back to me yet. I'm scared and pissed off. My gut feels "inflamed" and angry. I asked my ND to do a CDSA when I get back there.

As of 2 days ago, my sense of taste has been weird. Things I love, like these littke flax brownie bites and turkey sausage, I had to spit out. It was bland and gross.

Have you had blood work since you doubled up your dose of NT and Levo? Why did you start to double them up, if your thyroid blood levels looked fine?

What thyroid tests were done to determine "fine"?

What is your thyroid medication schedule?

Has COVID19 crossed your mind since Chicago is a hot spot?

Yes. All but the TSH hadn't moved, even though I doubled them! And TSH was EXTREMELY low. .0014 I think.
Doubled b/c my numbers still weren't moving. I was under the optimal range.

Take the pills in the AM on empty stomach.

Yes, but I've been to the doc several times and they never were concernted/it was never mentioned, and I have none of the symptoms.
