A very interesting find. Research in viruses in ticks dating back to 1964. A tick virus cannot be put in a mosquito but a mosquito virus can be put in a tick. Russia had the most tick born viruses. There was an explosion of research between 1944 thru 1964. This link has the most detailed tick viruses.
Very hard to believe we are STILL waiting on a cure.

Very interesting. No wonder so many lyme sufferers fight viruses too... My daughter caught a horrible virus from a tick, that causes encephalitis, paralysis, nerve damage and even death... It was the most horrible experience of my life.
