Sounds more like it's from the Rifampin. I hate that stuff. Never again.
Feel better soon and try to figure out which med is the problem.

I took IV Rocephin for years and found it one of the easiest to tolerate. In fact I don't believe I ever really had any herx of any consequence.

PS Did I mention that it was probably the MOST beneficial of all the various IV and oral drugs I've tried over the years.
