The ones I know are nowhere near as good as the lyme doc you are currently seeing.
I believe you also need a lyme doctor who will do telephone appointments. If he doesn't do these, your travel expenses will exceed the cost of the non-insurance lyme doctor visit.
You will have plane fare or gasoline, food, hotel, etc.
