I am new to the boards but not new to the Lyme community. I have been dealing with Lyme for years and years.
I have recently just stopped 8 months of IV antibiotics, I was feeling better not 100% but better and then stopped improving and so I stopped IV. I am trying natural medicine now but not really working and all my symptoms are coming back.
I am looking to go all into Lyme treatment with a new Doctor. I live in NYC but can travel anywhere in the US or world to the right doctor or treatment. I saw Dr. R and he is great but I am looking for a new doctor to explore new treatments. Any good suggestions? Thank you in advance !!

Welcome to Lyment Rachellyme
The very best LLMD ? That's a tough one. If you ask 10 different people that question, you might get 10 different answers.
This is because no one responds the same way to all the different treatment protocols available. We are each individual in our body's genetics, immune system, infections, disorders, ect, ect.
You can request a LLMD through Global Lyme Alliance here;
There is a message box where you can write that you want the best LLMD and are willing to travel. Be aware that many of the top LLMD's have a long waiting list and you might see them on your intial visit only, then will be seen by their colleagues in their practice.
I will also sent you a private message.
Good luck to you.
