In a bike race, there are riders who cannot manage the pace of the leaders. Some just fade back and pace themselves. Others hold the pace as long as possible. And then when enough is enough, the "elastic snaps" and the rider slows to a crawl or climbs off the bike.
After three years with Bb and Co. and on the pace at work, at home and in life I feel like I have snapped off the back.
I just hope I can do the work this morning and keep up with the Kid this afternoon. In the future I hope the marriage can stand or just not buckle. And I hope to find more wellness than I have now.
But for now I am so embarrassed to be off the back (OTB) of life. And I am too tired to climb back on.
I just needed to unload. Thanks

I have a wonderful doctor. For three years I have just plowed through. It has been a struggle to admit how sick I have become. Now that I have, I can let the doctor help me.
The line goes in tomorrow. IV Starts next week.
THanks for being curious.
