This thread is to focus on the can do's in our lives whatever that might be to keep the body and brain moving and life a bit more sane.

I noticed we had a new person last week but my health was not doing well enough to read his or her posts.

Just wanted to welcome him or her and hope this thread helps you as it has helped us.

Able to cruise in power chair with friend out on the forest developement area.

My friend brought along some granite spray paint and we were able to go to the place we saw awhile back that had been defaced with nasty words.

It made me so happy to see her spraying over the black letters and ugly words.

You would not know it was spray paint unless you saw it go on. It blended right in with the large boulder.

She ran out so hoping my health is doing well enough next time to take a picture of her defacing the defacing. [Smile]

Pretty weak today and dizzy. So the plan is to rest, eat, rest, eat, rest, you get the picture.

I was too weak yesterday to eat much. Today I made the chocolate almond milk, almond butter, etc smoothy.

As I am typing this I think I forgot to write on the board I took meds. Health can not recall most of the time if I took them or not so write on the board.

Also hoping to get cleaned up and to pack a bag for camping. Last time I was thinking I needed to pack a smaller bag but not so sure ..mabye just try and put less in the bag I do pack or use my suitcase instead of the duffy bag...looking for something that ltakes less room.

Clothes wise it has worked out well except for the time everything got wet that I was wearing...

...brain was not working well with the rain and adjusting..we are supposed to get rain Wed and Thursday 60% chance. So, do need to prepare fro rain this time...bring poncho and something to cover the pfower chair...

Covered it with tall kitchen bags earlier this week for a short time when we had a down pour and that worked out OK

But, when I tried that when I was camping...it di dnot keep the seats dry for some reason

Just use plstic bags to cover seat ..bottom and back and joy stick.

Not sure why it id dnot work out whiel camping and everythign got socaked.

Might try it again..Guess I need to go ahead and charge a cover fo thr elift...

Last time while camping, I would take power chair to the bathroom during a break in the storm but not make it back in time...I just couldn't seem to get it right

maybe a pee botle for the tent this time. [Smile]

TMI??

AT least it would keep me and the power chair form getting soaked

Bathroom was very close so taht wasn't it

Kam--Thanks for starting the thread with such a lovely picture and a positive message.

Poured rain here this morning, so your comments on raining while camping were appropriate.

Expecting severe storms later.

Am totally worn out from oiling furniture yesterday. Cleaned out a few files this morning and did my Bible study. Skipped church as the thunderstorms were happening as I was ready to go out the door. Small hail.

I am getting rid of my teaching transparencies as everything is digital now and we don't have overhead projectors.

I sadly recycled all my AAA travel books, highway maps and hiking trail maps from places I have traveled. They are outdated

and from a time I cannot go back to. (pre-Lyme) I do have the photographs from each trip, though.

Hope to get to the library in-between rainstorms and ride the exercise bicycle.

Have a great week and do just do what you can do!

I still wish I had kept my reins for the horse. They were a really nice set of reins. Saw some at a feed store that kind of looked like them but not as nice...very costly...had no idea

Braided reins.

Most things I have let go of I do not miss. I do not think I let go of the reins. I think they were in the storage unit that got loaded into someone elses truck (stoled my things)

Ok Got on this thread to help me get some cob webs out of head. Laying in bed with eyse closed.

I was able to take Rosie out for the cruise in the housing develpement in the forest. Able to call her and have her come close to me or I should say closer as she does not go very far from me out there....

when a car drove by twice and a guy walking his dog he got form the shelter came by.

Guy walking his dog stoppped to tell me he got caught in the rain recently at Spirit Rock and was an hour and a half away from home.

So was soaking wet when he got home. I was amused. Been there myself when I use to be able to get out more and did not know about the monsoons around here.

I get soaked just going around the apartment complex in my power chair at times when it startes to pour.

Got up to do a few things but then person I hired came and taht di dme in. She wanted to go over the grocery list and ask me questions.

Brain can not handle questions for very long plus my brain kept switching channels..had touble focusing.

So basically laying here trying to revoer form that.

But, was doing well enough to type out a to do list for her and a grocery list.

She is here 2 hrs. The caregive will be here for 1 hour tomorrow and be able tro do more thing son the list.

Good news is I will have food.

Hoping to take a much needed shower today, I was on the way to getting more treats in the car for Rosi when she showed up...so still need to do that so I have them on hand while out cruising with rosie

Also hoping to pack the clothing bag for camping still.

And I would like to put my clean clothes away.

And address envelope and get treatment plan to primary care doc ...kind of too late for that since she is referring me to an infectious disease doc now.

I most likely will need to just focus on eating breakfst on my net get up...and then maybe tonight be able to take the shower..

the going over the grocery list and the questions did me in ..used up whatever water in the pail i had to do a few things this am.

Trying to decide about whether to go camping tomorrow if health is up to it.

It is a 60% chance of rain on Wed and Thursday.

I am OK with bein gin the tent when it is raining...but the sound of the rain on the tent is too much even with ear plugs and ear protection muffs...I think...I can not recall why it did nto work out last time and I had to coem home.

When health was doing better the sound was not a problem....but keeping dry was..espcially the power cahir...but can put it in the toilet room if health is doing well enough to walk back to tent the few steps needed.

Adjusting ...we all make adjustemnts now to manage this.

Monday-Whew, I'm dragging butt today but several of my co-workers are super hungover!

Did everything I mentioned on Friday and got home around 10:30 last night from Atlanta.

I had such a good time at the restaurant!

They had appetizers on beds of ice. Small lobsters, raw oysters and crab legs. Platters of chicken satay and fried calamari also.

We had a limited preset menu to order from so I chose the clam chowder as a first course and grilled scallops as my second.

Sides of mac/cheese and lobster, mashed potatoes with cream cheese, creamed spinach, creamed fresh corn off the cob were brought in large serving bowls around the table set for 30.

Dessert was brought out last on platters and shared along with fresh coffee. They brought key lime pie, strawberry cheesecake and chocolate cake and ice cream.

.....and there was an open bar......

Now, what in the world can I do to work all that off? Might have to take my towels off the stair climber!

Have a wonderful day everyone!

My regular guys are back. I dont play the maiden in distress card very often. And in 40 yrs of hiring workers the guy that filled my house with mold is only the second i have fired.

The first ran over my septic tank with a bulldozer and told me not to worry about it

These guys apilogized. They said they were too busy so turned the phone off for a week to catch up

Whatever. The guy i fired said i had to have a skinney tub. These are fitting in a wider whirl pool im nit sure why i got contractors discount without contractor but i did

The bad wall is half built and the tub will be here in the morning and the day is only half over. I finally sat down...hope to nap

House is dusty, maybe moldy, but i have machines going and when i catch my breath i can start cleaning again. It shouldnt take that long cuz i just did it

Im happy. Even if my mouth is still tingling.

Ak...you used as much energy as me working to eat and have fun!

Kam...glad your out and about. Im nit sure if ID doc wil be good or bad thing...hope its good

Kam--Camping in the rain does not sound like fun. I never camped much.

I preferred to stay at a B & B and eat a full breakfast and then hike all day and come back to a comfy bed. LOL

AK--Food sounds wonderful. I didn't realize you were close to Atlanta.

I called my brother yesterday to tell him I might try and come down in early July or early August (Atlanta), but he will be in WI in July and is coming here in August.

I went through all my old supplements and old prescriptions and took the ones that cannot go into the water to the drop off at the police station.

Felt good to get rid of all those.

Now am cleaning out boxes and shelves. A lot needs to go into work, but my classroom is not available due to waxing the floors.

Got the mammogram today. I can tell I am stronger as I did not need to sit down for it this year. Already have the results and all is well. Thanks, God.

Heating up outside. Don't know if I will get my walk in or not.

Get rid of the clothes! If you haven't worn it in a year, out it goes!!

Now I DO HAVE a few things I haven't worn in a year.. like special dressy things (esp for winter).. but my closet in our new place is quite small. I HAVE to purge.

We have a nice consignment shop here and I take things there or give to a charity thrift shop.

Tuesday-Seriously looked at my stair climber this morning. Having some joint swelling and pain so am a little leary of getting on there.

Will give it a shot then and if it causes problems I might have to look into swimming. I hope that's not an issue with my psoriasis.

Kam-I loved the pic that you posted for the week. I'm wondering where it's at. It would be awesome to see that beautiful place!

Kayak-Are you going with the whirlpool tub? Did you find out if you can use the Epsom salt in it? I'm turning green over here!

Hiker-I didn't realize you have family in Atlanta. One of my friends lives in Cumming and I'm visiting her the last weekend of this month. She's turning the big 6-0 and we're supposed to go dancing! Hope my ankles hold up!

TuTu-I try to purge my things too. I used to hold onto clothes thinking I'd lose weight and would be able to wear them. I held onto a size 11 slim Levi jeans for at least 5 years. Didn't want to give those up!

Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

AK-my brother lives in Marietta with his wife. They are retired, but always seem to be working on the house.

I got myself ready to mow with sunscreen (zinc oxide) and then put on some Deet. Not sure I should mix the two.

However, the rose geranium essential oil made me a little loopy last week while I was mowing.

Plenty hot and humid outside today. We've had 4-5 inches of rain the past few days and are expecting more tomorrow evening through next Monday.

Going to be very buggy around here.

I am just going to do one load of laundry and a little cooking today.

The woman who cleans my house once a month agreed to do the windows again. That is a big chore and I expect it will take her 3-4 hours. So, I'd better stop at the bank, so I can pay her.

Off to shower away the mowing grime.

I hear the Southwest is going to get a lot of rain due to the tropical storm from the Baja.

Glad you can go "cruising" with Rosie.

Check back later.

Sounds like things are going well for most of us. Hoping kayak is OK still.

I went for a follow up appointment with my neurologist today. My friend took me so we could have a little outing today. It was fun, but she likes to shop and I drop. LOL ..!!

I'm released from the neuro now that he found the sinus infection and that is being handled by the ENT. By the way, I asked the neuro if I had any brain lesions from Lyme. (I had always wondered.)

He showed me one little area that looked fuzzy, but he said that overall my brain looks good! [Smile] Woot.

The ENT ordered a CT scan of my sinuses. We will see if he needs to go in and cut a bit more so my sinuses will drain more effectively. So it will be another week or so before I will know more.

I'm pooped from two trips to the nearby city in the past two days.

OH... We saw "Keystone Cops" today when we stopped to get gas. About 4 police cars kept circling our area and they kept going back and forth and around and around. Then these two guys that looked like SWAT men came into the convenience store while my friend was in there and I was in the car.

One of them came out with two Cokes and drove off in his private car. I was getting nervous there for a bit because we wondered if they were chasing bank robbers or something!

Then as we got on the HWY to come home, we saw an ambulance and 3 police cars under the overpass that was right there. So we THINK maybe the dispatcher told them the wrong direction or something. It was weird and wild!

We even thought maybe someone had stolen one of the police cars and the others were chasing him!! LOL!

GM LNetters. They are coming to pick up equipment on Friday so not sure if I will have access to internet or not.

I have yet to decide. Guessing yes for now but will see what I can find that is less costly.

Problem is the other brands are a 2 yer contract and I do not want to go with that.

Might just shut off TV and land line and keep internet.

Brain is not doing well this am as usual.

But, I was able to be on my feeet for est 10 min in the forest. So nice to walk in the forest after a rain.

I was weak and dizzy but doing well enough tot ake a few pics.

Less rining or volume in the aars too while in the forest.

Brain is not working well enough to figure out what to try and do this morning yet. Breakfast is next.

Rest. Ghen maybe try getting up again and see if I can do something.

POwer chair stayed dry last night while on lift. I covered the joy stick and cushions with plastic trash bags.

No wind last night so tI think that helped.

Have two new neighbors. Slugs. They were crossing the handicap ramp this am after I came back from teh walk. They were lucky I was not in my power chair as that would have been tricky trying not to squish them.

Air conditoning units al ready running this am under my window. Thankfully it is not as bad in the bedroom but still messes with my brain.

At least I do not need to put on the ear protection muffs while in the bedroom. REst of the apartment ..yes...need to block out sound as much as possible but can still hear the units even with ear protection.

Want to go camping to get to the quiet but next two weeks it looks like it is going to be hot, hot, hot...too hot for me to go comaping.

MIght be a bit better in Chirstopher Creek but so far having troubl egetting the correct temp for hta tarea.

Weather apps either can not find christoperh creek or are showing the same temps as here...thought it was a bit cooler in christopher creek but nto sue how much cooler.

Have pasta salad and chicken thighs to eat today. This is good.

I have clothes too...just a few ...that I wore pre lyme...not ready to let them go yet. Still hoping.

I think if I got off of the gabapetin my size would go back down.

And I did not know until being sick so long that elastic in skirts do not last forever. HA!

Still keeping skirt. If I do wear it again some day maybe I will have new elastic put in...fabric still looks good...they were a good quality brand but not even sure if that company still exists.

It was one that started from their garage...so if it does still exist guessing it was bought out like so many other good names

It seems when things get bought out the clothing product is not so good after that.

Wednesday-Thank God, half way done with the week. Planning on going to Applebee's with co-workers tonight. I'm pooped and my joints are aching but am going to try and make it.

Well, still no exercise today. Did get topical psoriasis meds yesterday and sprayed some on my swollen ankles hoping on the off chance that it might help some. We'll see.....

Hiker-Wonder what was up with the geranium oil? Believe it or not, I'm envious that you're able to cut your grass. If my joints don't improve my yardwork days might be over.

Kam-I potted some plants this year and they're doing awesome. They're all by the door to my front porch and make me happy. Adds color and pep to my otherwise drab trailer.

TuTu-I hope you find out what's going on with your sinuses soon. I've had lots of problems with mine but could just be inflammation issues.

I hope everyone has a great day!

Mowing in the heat yesterday wiped me out.

Walked this morning and only made it 20 minutes and I stopped hallway to talk to a neighbor about her roses.

It is 94 and humid. So windy this morning that I could not wear my ball cap. An ugly furry black spider with yellow dots fell out of a tree on my head and down to my shoulders.

Thankfully it fell off onto my carpet once I was home and I was able to whack it. Otherwise I am sure it would have enjoyed tasting my skin.

I am not a spider fan.

Ran a few quick errands, but except for Bible study tonight I am laying low today.

May have a buyer for my piano. My energy healer said her son may want it. He is a musician and piano tuner, so I hope my piano passes muster.

hi my friends i started to read your posts...as usual i have a lot to say but no time tutu was messaged pics (thousand words)

im ok ettas ok thats about it...

i am living in dusty moldy mess with no shower and mold doc appt on fri(they are like llmds...2-3 hr appt) her patients seem to love her - two hour drive toward MA...not the direction i like to go...mountains, woods and beach are what this country girl prefers

i think i am bringin in the biggest tote i can find to kitchen. puttin a tarp and quilt under it using the thing i rinse dishes with (word retrieval?) to wet myself down...soap up...and rinse off. could be worse.

i am disgusting becasue house air is extra dirty...some air machines not working...blah blah blah

hope it will all be good in the end

my oldest son is racing cars in MA over the weekend. he was supposed to sleep here but wont come cuz i dont have shower. i dont blame him theres a chance i will go watch him race but it really isnt spectator friendly and im in ruff shape...so probably wont

i have doc appt in nj next week and that will be another 2 hr appt and hard drive and sleep over...but hes the one that has helped me the most so far so gotta do it

and i get to see my grand daughter and other son

are you still green ak? would this be worth it to you? im looking forward to being bored again.

my red roses bloomed...my yard is looking good my best bed is so close to the big machines putting drains in just got a call truck is being delivered to me in an hour...almost all my complaints adderssed...the big ones for sure

see you soon...send me any extra energy you have!

Well all my horses are back in the barn. Truck looks good and feels better but i dudnt get a chance to check everything out. I picked up wall siding for bath. And sealed subfloor.

Then at 9 pm i had hotdogs for supper and a rest and um.about to get up and spray inside bath walls with this stuff that prevents mold

Im.just tememberung my hangibgvplants need water. They were very wimpy. So will do that. Then get up at 4-5 to seal one more time so it dries before guys get here

Tomorrow i need to get clean.and organized for doc appt on fri so i dont waste my time with her

Dr s has come up with accurate blood tests so i guess the tx for mold is easier to prescribe than lyme tx. Its hard to go thru tho...herxes and need much detox

But the blood tests show you getting better too. So many things are really hard with lyme. You never know if you are doing the rught thing or if/when it will cime back

Thursday-Alas, no exercise. Joints are still iffy.

TuTu-I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Hiker-If a spider fell on me, I'd be screaming and jumping up and down. Don't like them at all. Sometimes if I find a giant web outside near the trailer I try to move the spider with a tree limb to another area. If it's in the house I have to get the hubs. [Roll Eyes]

Kayak-We're on the same page again. We went to Bob's Victory Grill last night and I got a hotdog with home made chips. Had one Yuengling and was able to keep everything under $10.

Also, not so green after reading what it takes to do such an extensive remodel. Can't wait to read when it's done and you're reaping the benefits.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

[hi]

just able to scan some of your posts...looks like we all are keeping on peace ilgrims. s

Typing with eysec closed.

I really need to get a hospital table to put the computer screen so I can have the screen in fron t of me.

Just took a couple of excedrin to see if it will help me be abl eto do some thing around here. But, lately it has not helped that much and maybe even made the brain feel more strange...tricky figuring things out.

Went out to the forest housing area this am. Nice out. Had the place to myself. Never know when you go out there what it will be like as far as dog walkers and toehr peole in the area.

I had the brain glitch when I got ready to go but thought ti might be the usual brain glitch about did I check to make sure the power chair was clamped down.

I recalled checking it so thought all was fine.

Got home and the brain glitch was that I Had forgot to put the arm that broke snuggly under the other arm so it did nto bouche off.

It was hanign by wires when I got back...not good. It had bounced off.

I had even forgot to put it in the seat and was having trouble with it falling off when I was in the power chair using it this am.

I will not be able to get it fixed until next month's budget.

It broek when I fell sideways in the power chair and hit the dirt.

I was able to fill the sink up with hot, suday water and dirty dishes but not doing well enough to washt eh disehse.

And I was able to get the two bagss out to get ready to pack clothing for camping but that did me in and I am resting now.

I have never seen slugs around here but altely have seen a few going across the handicap ramp in the am and evening.

Must be a slug feast in town. [Smile]

I think I may have won some hearing aids.

Next step is to contact the business and see. I know some of the free hearing aid promo's are not really free hearing aids as there is a business locally that tries to get customers that way.

This one is down in the valley 2 hours away. So, I want to make sure before I have some drive me down there that these are indeed free.

Took the curtains down in the bedroom so I could see out the window.

Need to put other curtains back up that allowed me to pull them aside so I could see out when health is doing well enough.

Lots to do around here...well..not lots..if I were well...most likely could get things down in a couple of days if I were well. ..or even a morning

Time to take Rosie out for a cruise in the power chair.

If there are neighbors sitting out under the new entry way covering...I will once again need to cup my hands behind my ears to hear what they are saying and to keep it short.

But, thankful I am still able to talk or listen to neighbors for a short time now since teh fire.

And the runny noise is no longer happening..so there was somethign in my apartment or something int he complex that was making the brain and health worse.

Still not doing as well as I did at the hotel but have yet to figure out why.

NO air conditioning units on yet this am but they will be starting up soon. That is a factor that messes with my brain.

A tad cooler today. I did a snail pace walk for 20 minutes, but did not use my trekking poles the entire time. [woohoo]

Kam--so a slug fest at your place, huh? Must be humid.

LP--hope you get your needed rest, so you can drive safely to your dr. appt.

Ak-What is a Yuengling?

Tutu--how's the exercise coming?

Off to play dominoes this afternoon with a few teacher friends. I always lose, but it is fun.

Kam.. hope you can find a hospital table .. maybe call a hospital to see if they have any? Worth a try!

AK .. tomorrow is Friday!

Hiker.. Dominoes! Which game do you play?

I did 18 minutes on the machine yesterday and 15 laps. Doing virtually nothing today except some paper work.

Tomorrow I plan to see hubby's show again.

Tutu--I have no idea what game of dominoes it is. You draw 9, play off a number and can build one train.

I totally ruled dominoes today. First time I have ever won.

Stopped at the grocery store on the way home, but forgot the onions to make spaghetti sauce. Will stop by tomorrow or Saturday.

Gas went up 27 cents in one day. Totally ridiculous. Every time there is a special event in town gas goes way up. And the special Olympics are here this weekend.

Knew I should have stopped yesterday. LOL

Kayak..sending my imaginary limo over with the crew needed to do what needs to be done...so make a list for them

You my friend are going away from it all for a while. Some place where you will be pampered, indoor plumbing, air conditioning and you can have Etta with you.

Some much needed R&R.

You are getting very close to getting all things done. I assume. As that is when most people have this I can't do this anymore attack.

So hang in there. Going to my prayer site next to pray for you.

Do not worry. It is just a place (guidepost) where I can pray anoymously ....I need to type things out now to pray...not able to pray in my head or verbally)

Well. TV Tivo was turned off yesterday but I still was able to watch TV. The cable guy is coming tomorrow to pick up the equipment so I will not have TV then.

A friend was helping to pay for cable but she is retiring this year so is downsizing. Nice friend. So thankful that she helped keep me connected.

She is just going to a table herself ipad for entertainment and the internet.

I am going to just internet for now and using old computer Doc Dave provided. Amazed it is still going. Cool.

Took Rosie out to pee this am. Next get up and go is out to the forest housing developement area to cruise in power chair.

It is heating up here. Tried to stand and do a few things this am but wasn't able to do anything...standing thing did not work.

Hoping to get bedspread back on bed, and make bed...able to wash bedspread last night then hang over shower to dry..

hoping to see how to clean rain proof coat..i assume i just need to empty pockets and put it in the washer...

HOping to get power chairs charged

Looked on line for more choices for covers for the power chair on the lift...but struggling to know what to get...

nice they have reviews as that helps me know if i want to go that way or not...so far have not found one with good reviews

i know the one at the local power chair store was $300 vs the $100 average on line....but I also would need to purchase something to tie the cover down..it connects to the lift

Rain is coming again...I am not sure which day..but need to watch out for it so I can cover power chair seats and joy stick with trash bags.

Any movement is too much lately...so spend most of the day laying in bed

Hoping to be able to take a shower while caregiver is here for the hour.

Maybe today is Friday?? I need to double check.

Kam--Today is, indeed, Friday. I am sure AK is doing her happy dance.

Hope your caregiver is productive today.

I went to the neurologist this morning for my yearly check. I have had tingling in one foot since Lyme started, but it has gotten worse.

Numbskull MD said it was my shoes and the heat.

Am trying Tesla violet wand on my abdomen for the first time to help my digestive system. Say a prayer it does not make me sick.

Only did 30 seconds and then worked on some lymph nodes to dump any toxins that appear.

Very rainy again today. The pattern is to continue for all of June. Rain every day--ugh!

Back later.

Friday-Not feeling to hot today. Am glad it's Friday but not doing my happy dance. [Frown]

Swelling in lower legs and having stomach pain and cramps. Went to walk in clinic last night and doc gave me rx for water pills, prilosec and a sleeping pill.

Ever since I took Otezla for a couple days I haven't been feeling well. Also started Cucurmin and Bromelain around the same time. Going to stop the new supps too and see if there upsetting my stomach.

Kayak-Do you feel something in your hand? Well, it's my hand! I'm holding your hand right now to help you get through your stuff and your hand is comforting me to get through mine. I'm here for ya! [group hug]

Kam-Your slug story reminded me of when I lived in Okinawa Japan and they had giant snail season. Freaked me out to see snails everywhere.

BTW, good luck with the hearing aids! I might have to get one for my right ear in the near future.

Hiker-You are getting a lot done, what with cutting grass and walking too! BTW, Yuengling is a beer that's not to expensive.

Also I got my tesla wand yesterday and need to reread your instructions on how to use it. Thanks so much because what came with the product wasn't very clear on proper use. Do you use talcum powder like they suggest? I don't have any but do have non-gmo cornstarch.

TuTu-Glad some of us are getting to work out! Enjoy your hubby's show today.

Hope everyone has a terrific weekend!

[hi]

Am a slug myself today. Did a little cooking, went out and had a café mocha and used the wireless at the coffee shop to download some aps on the iphone.

Trying to find a "fun" ringtone that is free and the good ones are not free. Tis the way of the world.

im back. im ok. soon i will be really better.this is environmental medicine doc. sorta new i think there are ten in usa and ten more being trained not as expensive as llmd but more than primary

she has been llmd ten years i think and enviro doc 4 yrs after exam and tests in office she said she is very sure i am not detoxing lyme or mold she believes i will be a whole lot better in a year tx starts out slow with welchol or csm and then depending on reaction different meds or therapies specific protocol to follow...i dont know it yet...but you must meet certain goals before moving to next

i am so hopeful i was crying and shaking when i got there-late ...lost...

she was so smart and kind and caring and professional she knows most llmds...we connected immediately...felt like chat with friend...but one who really knew the answers

my first words to her were :i dont really think i have lyme or mold problem...i just think the tx messed me up and i need to get back on track

she said...in a calm caring way i tested lower on the most important test than anyone she ever had

that means im holding on to toxins and will show improvement when i let them go

so very hopeful

my friend took etta to her house and they had a wonderful time

the workers i thought were quitting on me fixed the toilet that broke and moved tub in - its not hooked up yet i have weekend to catch up on sleep and they will hopefully finish mon and tues i didnt want them here for 3 days i am out of town next week to see chiro

this doc taught me so much but i cant write it..soooo exhausted your prayers worked..kams limo is outside waiting ...thankyou talk to you again soon

i was a slug today too..good idea about going to a place that has wireless.

I downloaded some apps that I was charged for but they do not work...I assume it is because a wireless connection is needed.

cable guy was supposed to be here today to pick up equipment but no one showed or called.

I still have some channels on TV and others are not working...so looks like I will have the tV for the weeknd I guess.

Computer is still working too as far as internet so this is good and phone.

got up several times to try and do something but was not able.

I was able to put a few of the dishes away that the caregiver wshed.

And send an email to the local hospice place asking if they had any used hopsital tables or bed tables for sell.

I also can send an email to the care center.

And the hsopital.

Then maybe I will not need to type iwth my eyes closed as the screen will be righ tin front of me.

Have cooler on today. MOnsoons season starts on Monday.

Brain is being weeird.neighbor asked me once again if she could go with me to the forest area when I go.

I told her once again that my health needs to improve first and it is not safe to have her in the car with me until health is better.

I think her brain doesnlt work so well either...she keeps asking and I keep telling her hte same thing.

Saturday:

Able to drive out to shoofly indian ruins and cruise in power chair to site I use to walk to...had to wear ear protection muffs as it was a rough ride with lots of noise.

Hot out all ready at 7 am.

Was not feeling well but thankful I was at least doing well enough to get out of the house/apartment.

Resting now. I have things I would like to do but still doing that thing where getting up to be on my feet and move about is not working.

AT least I can sit and ride in the car and sit and ride in the power chair.

STill have clean hair which is nice but body feels like it needs another shower.

i like men in general...raised 3 boys...love my grandson...but sheesh...so loud and messy...wears me out...along with bulldozers and back hoes on my front lawn 6:30-4:30 every day

my body parts keep going into bad spasms and i had what seemed like a pancreatitis attack for many hours last night...but im resting and eating right and things are getting back to normal

i must clean up a few of messes guys left and water flowers esp newly transplanted ones and talk to sewer man about how to make drain access that doesnt require digging thru 7 feet snow and 18" frozen growund...and get air machines working again...they need daily maint on humid days

ettas still tuckered out from play day with my frined that has much energy and a cat...im so glad she had a good day and wasnt bad for my friend wh is much more of a cat person

couldnt read most of your posts yet...but the numbskull md got me to stop and read. i know. I KNOW! my friend type chat with new doc was about that type of stuff...she was ranting...about so many suffering when that kind of stuff goes on

take care...see you soon

Used the tesla wand yesterday and it did wipe me out last night and early this morning.

Since it is going to rain all week, I did get out and mow the lawn. I just mowed Tuesday but it needed it again.

Very hot and humid and now I have the heat headache.

Doing laundry now--always toss the mowing clothes in the wash on hot water and dry on high. I immediately take a shower, too.

Doing OK over here. Got some rain today. We hadn't had any in close to two weeks...back when we almost got "too much!"

Watching Urban Cowboy and then a documentary about the movie. It's been 35 years since the movie was made!! It started a "country western" revolution back then.

I read a great article about the movie and it's made it all so much more interesting for me. I haven't seen the movie in at least 20 yrs. It's the movie that launched the careers of Mickey Gilley and Johnny Lee .. not to mention helping John Travolta's a bit!

PS. .. It's on CMT if you're interested.
