It can be helpful, for some people a lot, others less so---all depending on the person, the condition, and the particular CBD oil. It certainly can't hurt.

IMO, using drops under the tongue is the most effective and quickest way, holding it there for a while. After a bit, if it doesn't help enough, you can try more, and so on. It can't get you high, thankfully.

Good luck with it. And welcome home! You had quite the "adventure" (not so much!). Be careful of shoveling. Let the dogs do it---very funny!

Trying to sell on LN??!!

Bluebird Botanicals is a company that I've heard that some LLMDs have recommended.

I looked into various companies and was concerned about whether the products had the potency that they say they do, and lab testing about lack of heavy metals, contamination, etc. That company does do lab testing on each batch that you can see online.

It seems to be trial and error to find the kind that is right for you, and whether it helps you or not. I have had some help from it in differing degrees, depending on the type.

They actually have a 30 day guarantee, which is unusual to say the least. Obviously, I have no connection to them other than trying it out recently.

My hubby tried the Blue Bird Botanicals sample pack. It has 1 small bottle of each kind.

We didn't know which one he would like best. Surprisingly, he liked the one least, that we thought he'd like best!

I liked that we could spend a little money to try samples rather then spend a lot of money on something that he couldn't use.

Hubby likes the CBD oil, its helping him wean off the anti anxiety med. Also using the muscle rub to ease muscle pain.

It seems my diverticulitis is back again.

My doctor is on vacation.

I am in a pickle of a situation again.
