Miss Victoria is so right! With these antibiotics you need to take acidophilus. Primadophilus is a good one available at your health food store.
You need capsules with live culture which need to be refrigeratored. Or you can eat lots of yogurt- Greek yogurt is good and has lots of protein, too.

Hi everyone Thanks for the advice.
I already stopped the cipro due to Gi. issues, ouch.
The tinidazole took days to get.
I have a cystoscope tomorrow so will ask that doctor about the ABX .

Whew .. MADDOG .. that stuff is so dangerous. I'm sorry it didn't work out though.
I don't think it should even be on the market, but then I've seen lots of damage myself and in friends.
I hope they can find something that works.

- Even after stopping Cipro or similar FQ - and for weeks, perhaps months, afterward,
there is still the risk of tendon rupture.
Be sure to read up on that to know what kind of actions or non-action (seriously - to avoid stretching, etc) might help offset the risk even if just by a bit.
