A live viewing webcast feed has been supplied for anyone who would like to watch the proceedings.

It is the first meeting of the newly formed Tick Borne Working Group. This should have major complications to the IDSA deniers.

Dates and times are listed.
Webcast link located in 1st paragraph.

Please Lord hear our prayers.

Thanks for posting that. Remember those times will be Eastern Time Zone - much earlier for all points west.

and snow storm could have some effects on attendance or possibly also on transmission.

Bless those brave children and adults who went to DC and testified as patients and in support of patients. They were amazing!

This is a very hard thing to do, especially when you are ill. I know their appearances had an impact. You can tell.

Three cheers for all of them! A standing ovation please...

BTW- I contacted the TBD group and asked if there would be a recording available of the meeting for those who missed it. Will advise once I hear back.

I loved the patient testimonies - so heartfelt, so real. I also thought the facilitator, Dazon Diallo, was fantastic. I think it's very fitting that she comes out of the AIDS ACT UP activism time, since that illness' stabilizing work preceded this working group's work by 2 decades.

June 4, 2019 TBDWG Meeting

I planned to take many notes, but the sound and streaming was of such poor quality I couldn't follow it. Heard complainrts from others with the same problems.

So just a few pictures to share.
