Am watching it now - highly recommend it - it's about the contrast between our old understanding of health and our new understanding of health due to recent discoveries like the microbiome, like what stem cells need to thrive, how the body really works instead of coming at it with bandaid solutions for health conditions -
in other words, Sayer Ji is describing the root causes for health and illness - it's about how sunlight affects our biological processes, how plants and animals work together, etc - the interconnected systems understanding to health.
