Paul,
I have felt pretty tired on antiboitics and I have been taking them for 17 months. My herx's consisted of headahes, sweats, nausea, and dizziness. Kinda like a hungover and drunk feeling at the same time. Was pretty rough, but decreased everyday. And by day 5 it was gone.
Good luck!!

Most of us get worse before we get better. I lived on soup for several months.
Ready to eat meals, loads of Epsom salts for soaks, lemons, ginger root for aches/pains, electrolyte replacements-I liked the ones for vomiting and diarrhea,
Someone to help with chores, take care of things in case you can't pay bills, etc. etc...
And yes some get even worse than that...Potty chair-depends.
Comfy clothes. And if you have steps to do find someplace without.
A heat pad for the ice cold chills. A thermometer. Some people describe a 101 temp as a Mack Truck.
Take a good probiotic, prevent yeasts, drink loads, stevia for sweetener, and write down what your doctor says....Even if you can't read it.
Take notes on how you do---you might want to see how far you have come, and if you need help ask for it. Prayers for a easy road.
