Does anyone know where the post is about people who cannot take magnesium? I vaguely remember a post a while back addressing reasons why some lyme patients are unable to take it. Thanks in advance.

I had trouble with oral, could only take it a couple times a week due to upper gi burning. Even with the more tolerable form mag. glycinate.

Now I use mag. lotion from ancient minerals.

If you search the web you can also learn how to make your own transdermal patches. I've seen it but don't remember where.
