I remember there being a very important nutrient to take to avoid quinolone damage to tendons. I think it was Magnesium. Can someone confirm? Thanks.

Magnesium and Vitamin C both are needed to protect the tendons. The Magnesium by itself won't do it...needs the Vitamin C to cut inflammation and also to direct the magnesium to where to go (Vitamin C is the "Conductor" when it comes to connective tissue repair).
