Please read my post of a few days ago describing how to take binders.

In order for the binders to be effective, they need to be taken 15-20 minutes before the meal. Also at bedtime.

The binders need to be in place, in the small intestine, before the neurotoxins are brought down following eating; that way the binder is there, at the right place, to capture the neurotoxins and thereby avoid being reabsorbed in the gut and redistributed. The binder will hang on to the neurotoxins, mainly toxic metals, and help carry them out with the stool.

You can use cholestyramine, chitosan, apple pectin, alternating, or chlorella because it has such special and total nutrients. Charcoal is okay at bedtime. I would not use it at mealtime. I would also not use it too often because it holds on to the good stuff as well as the ones you want to get rid of. Alternating
binders is a good idea.

I never took clay, so do not want to comment on that. I would not take it before a meal. By a long shot, the best binder is chlorella. Look up some of my old posts giving a detailed description of what chlorella contains and all the benefits.

If you feel miserable following treatment of any sort, take more chlorella. Read Dr. K.'s "Neurotoxin Elimination Protocol". I have posted it many times. That is the best way to learn how to do the different protocols the correct way. Chlorella after the meal is not doing you good chasing the neurotoxins. It is the opposite when taking garlic, the anti-everthing, which is best taken immediately following the last bite of a meal, or disolved in a bit of warm water, between meals.

Probiotics can be taken with meals or in between meals. But at least two hours away from antibiotics, because they destroy the probiotic

Alternating avoids becoming allergic to some of the beneficial

Take care.
