For those who experienced peripheral neuropathy induced by abx - did it ever fully resolve?

I got it from vancomycin, which is supposed to be very rare. It's only sensory, not motor. Seems much more common with flagyl.

In all cases, it seems related to nutritional deficits (mostly in magnesium or some B vitamins). I guess that means my supp regimen isnt enough, or my need are crazy high.

I have peripheral neuropathy from bartonella. Heavy metals can also cause it. Mine is sensory also.

Do you think that bartonella could be stirred up right now?

I dont know about barts but lyme can cause peripheral neuropathy as well. In fact I wonder if my current peripheral neuropathy is purely vancomycin-induced or if it's the Bb spirochete dying-off. I still stopped vanco for now to not take any chances

from spectracell im deficient in B5 and very low in B12. But vanco is not one of the abx that frequently cause peripheral neuropathy

Let us know how you do after stopping the vanco. Are you taking B12 injections?

I have it too and right now that's my MAIN symptom. But mine is from Bart. So I am waiting to treat that next. I'm not B 12 but I do not think it's helping. I'm getting some magnesium to try next.

I just want my leg back!
