I have very high mycoplasma levels now.

My LLMD treating me with IV Zith three times weekly now, after starting me at twice weekly. And Levaquin alternating with diflucan per week.

I hope this will be successful, but I am having better days.

I think I'm herxing today.

Thanks, but I have done zith, doxy, levaquin, and diflucan....rotating for 3-1/2 years and still have mycoplasma.

I was hoping for an alternative treatment besides abx.

Digestive plant enzymes and antiparasitic herbs + salt/c worked for me in getting rid of myco.

I needed antibiotics. It took the better part of 3 years to get rid of it with very aggressive treatment using combinations of multiple oral antibiotics.

The key was to know what species your infected with. Do not depend on the results of antibody tests!

Don't give up on the antibiotics is my advice.

Maybe borax? I think I read it somewhere, it was either in "the article" or another that I found noodling around about it.

My LLMD has me on Transfer PlasMyc for myco and HHV6. It worked pretty well for the HHV6, but my myco levels haven't come down. He says that myco is pretty common in the populaion.

I am now on rifampin for possible Bart, and LLMD said it would also help the Myco.

RZR,

Our daughter treated mycoplasma with homeopathics. We used Deseret Biologicals, under the direction of a naturopath.

Site is http://www.desbio.com/ if you are interested in taking a look, but we certainly had to rely on the naturopath to guide us and supervise her. Good luck.

Gael - Which plant enzymes did you use?

What are plant enzymes?

Byron White makes a A-Myco.

Hoping to try it soon for our daughter.

I use the Byron White formulas too. They are having another public educational event if anyone is interested. April 24th 5:30 pm via phone. You have to sign up on their website. The one they did last month was really helpful. I think their formulas are stronger than any tinctures I've ever taken for anything. You can feel them work even at very low doses.

What are the symptoms of mycoplasma?
What's the significance if one has it?
And what's wrong with not treating it?
It just seems that people who knowingly have it---they electively choose not to treat it since it seems insignificant to them apparently.

Posted by Robin123 (Member # 9197) on :

One significance is, since mycoplasma doesn't have the ability to provide its own nutrients, it has to use nutrients provided to it by the host, ie, us. So it's using up our physical nutrients. That's why I think it's important to treat.

anymore input on this????
Thanks, Nonna

I will be starting Byron White's A-Myco shortly. Anybody have any positive experiences with treating mycoplasma this way?

Can someone share their symptoms of mycoplasma.

My doc said something about ---plasma.

Can't remember if it was mycoplasma or anaplasma.

Brain drain...

Thanks [Smile]

Myco is one tough cookie, plus there is more than one strain of it and they hide as well as bb does, IMO.

Doxy and rifampin knocked it back for me, but it re surfaced again after being off of it for a few months. I think everything finds a way to become immune to abx (just my opinion).

I energy tested positive for A-myco. I've been using it for a few months along with other parasite stuff. And I totally agree with Gael regarding salt/c (I take it too).

I encourage anyone who is unsure if something is going to work for them to learn how to muscle test. Kineseology is the best tool we have.

Prof. Garth Nicholson's research in Mycoplasma is to be commended. He does not treat. Still, he is THE top expert researcher in this field (although that does not mean others don't have some good insight, too). Here is his main site:

I have treated mycoplasma with photons and nosodes. I have used Desbio mycoplasma nosodes, and individual once with higher potencies. I have had Myc. fermentns, Myc. penetrans, hominis, pneumonia, genitalim, heamofeelis.

Some species (like heamofeelis, fermentnas and pneumonia) are more stubborn than others and had to be addressed individually and more then once.

I totally understand now, why would abx treatment would require different meds for different species.

So far, crossing my fingers, I don't test for any, will see.

Anuta-did you use blood work pcr tests for those strains of myco or muscle testing? Are you the one that uses the bio tensor?
I would be interested in finding out how to use the bio tensor but I don't even know where to start. Any suggestions?

Greta, I test energetically, using BIOTENSOR. For me, discovery of energetic tests have become priceless for my recovery.
I recommend to everybody to learn and use one or another method of energetic testing.

Biotensor was easy to learn. I just looked at Dr. W. in Germany using it. Next day I was already testing with mine. But the more I use it , the more precise the results become- fine tuning comes with time.

I guess I was very open to it and really wanted to learn.

Mycoplasma can cause many of the symptoms Lyme does, especially fatigue.

I started S. Buhner's suggestions from his book Terry K mentions above. I will also be starting BWF's A-Myco. It arrived the other day.

Will let you know how things go as time goes by.

Great Cheryl! I am wondering about the A-Myco myself.
I look forward to reading about your results with it.
