Got a call from my doc today saying I have a small parathyroid adenoma.
That might explain my kidney stones, constipation, and high calcium levels.
Does anyone have any experience dealing with these naturally instead of surgery?
Like eveyone here, I want to avoid surgery if possible.

Boron for parathyroids is like iodine for thyroid.
But I have no idea if boron can shrink existing hyperparathyroid adenomas.

You might also consult with a naturopathic physician who is also an acupuncturist.
I've had acupuncture change similar things entirely as it can help increase circulation to and remove certain "blockages" to an area.
Acupuncture even made some plantar warts on the bottom of my big toe disappear and heal completely. It was amazing.
Certain supplements might also be considered.
LL ND would be best but not necessary if just for this issue but do inform them of the lyme, still, as it may have some considerations. -

Lyme & other tick-borne infections can confuse or complicate some matters so don't rely on blood work but get some kind of imaging, too:
