I just got my 2nd picc line placed yesterday and have done 2 IV treatments so far. I am on Ceftriaxone and have been in the past and don't remember ever having this, but this time by the end of the treatment I am extremely bloated and my chest and stomach just feel heavy, hard to explain it. I felt bloated all day today too.
Anyone else have this happen, thoughts???

Never had that happen with that drug. You might want to consult with your doctor. Maybe you are having a mild allergic reaction.
Just because you used this drug before doesn't mean your body can tolerate it now.
